At KindSpace Therapy in Caloundra, I work with individuals, couples, and NDIS participants to help them slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and find steadier ground.

Together, we work gently and practically on anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the push-pull of relationships. Sessions are trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and grounded in warmth and real connection, so you can feel safe enough to explore, and supported enough to grow.

  • Couples Counselling

    Work through disconnection, rebuild trust, and find your way back to understanding each other.

    Couples sessions are Gottman-informed, practical, and grounded in empathy and honesty.

  • Individual Therapy

    For anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, or the lingering impact of trauma and attachment wounds.
    Sessions are trauma-informed and trauma-focused, gentle and evidence-based, and help you build understanding, confidence, and steadiness in your life again.

  • NDIS

    NDIS counselling for Autistic and neurodivergent people, and for those with intellectual disabilities or persisting mental health needs.
    Therapy is trauma-informed and neuroaffirming, focused on building emotional understanding, communication, and confidence.
    Sessions build capacity and practical skills while supporting each person to work towards their goals and wellbeing.
